Delivery Information

1. Digital Products Delivery

All digital products (templates, scripts, guides) purchased from our shop are delivered instantly via email. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link.

If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

2. Professional Services Delivery

For custom web development and marketing services, delivery occurs in stages as outlined in your project roadmap:

• Mockups & Designs: Delivered via Figma or secure image links for approval.
• Development Builds: Delivered via a staging URL for testing.
• Final Handover: Includes deployment to your live server, source code transfer (if applicable), and documentation.

3. Server Provisioning

VPN and DNS server setups are typically completed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Login credentials and setup instructions will be sent securely to your registered email address upon completion.

4. Support & Revisions

Post-delivery support is available for all our services. Revision periods and terms are specified in individual service agreements.
