Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation of Services
Clients may request the cancellation of a project or subscription service at any time. However, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
For ongoing monthly services, a 30-day notice period is typically required to avoid being billed for the subsequent month.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital services and products, our refund policy is as follows:
- Service Projects: Initial deposits for custom web development or marketing campaigns are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Digital Products: Templates, scripts, and downloadable tools are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
- Server Setup: One-time setup fees for VPN/DNS servers are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned.
3. Partial Refunds
In cases where a project is cancelled by the client before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work remaining, minus a processing fee. This is at the sole discretion of Mamun eService management.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
